We will be at the spectacular Titanic Centre in Belfast.
You can arrive at the venue for registration on Day 1 and Day 2 from 08:30. You can use any of the building entrances - there will be signs and venue staff available to direct you to the conference rooms.
Most of the conference sessions will be held in the Titanic Suite and the Britannic Suite. Posters will be displayed in the Olympic Suite, which is also where coffee and lunch will be served. We will also have a dedicated quiet space - the Bridge.

Please note, we will not be providing printed versions of the full programme. The programme outline will be displayed within the conference rooms.
Posters will be on display in the Olympic Suite throughout the conference, with a dedicated session where you can discuss the posters with their presenters from 12:30 - 13:00 on Day 1. All attendees will be able to vote for the best posters during the conference - information on how to do so will be displayed by the posters and in the conference rooms.
Between the City Centre and the Venue
Titanic Belfast is about 1.5 miles from the city centre. Walking there from Belfast City Hall should take around 30 minutes, crossing the river at the Lagan Weir footbridge, and following the footpath alongside the river.
There is also a bus service you can take from Chichester Street / Great Victoria Street - the Glider G2, stopping at Titanic. This service takes around 10 minutes. For the return journey get off at the May Street City Hall stop. A single fare is £1.70. More information about the service can be found through www.translink.co.uk. This service continues into the late evening and will still be running after the conference dinner on Day 1.
Between the Airports / Ferry Terminal and the Venue
From Belfast International Airport
Take the Airport Express 300 bus from the airport to Donegall Place (near the City Hall) and then the Glider G2 bus service to Titanic (from Wellington Place or Chichester Street). This journey should take around 75 minutes.
From Titanic to Belfast International Airport: take the Glider G2 service to May Street City Hall and walk to Queen Street to get the Airport Express 300 to airport. This should take around 75 minutes.
From Belfast City Airport
Take the Airport Express 600 bus to May Street City Hall (taking around 10 minutes), then walk to Chichester Street to catch the Glider G2 bus service to Titanic, or alternatively walk to Titanic following the instructions from the city centre above.
From Titanic to Belfast City Airport, you can return to the city centre (by the Glider G2 service or on foot) and catch the Airport Express 600 service from Queen's Square.
From Belfast Ferry Terminal
Take the 96 bus service from the Ferry Terminal to Donegall Place, you can then take the Glider G2 bus from Chichester Street to Titanic. This journey should take around 45 minutes. The 96 runs a schedule linked to ferry services, so the return journey from the city centre is limited to certain hours - see www.translink.co.uk for more information.
Between the Airports / Ferry Terminal and the City Centre
Belfast City Airport
The Airport Express 600 bus service operates between Belfast City Airport and the city centre. Single tickets are £2.20. The journey should take around 10 minutes. For further information, including other transport options, see: www.belfastcityairport.com/Public-Transport.
Belfast International Airport
The Airport Express 300 bus service operates between Belfast International Airport and the city centre. Single tickets are £8.50, returns (valid for one month) are £12.50. Ferry Terminal
The 96 bus service operates between the ferry terminal and the city centre. Its schedule is linked to ferry arrival / departure times. You can access the timetable via www.translink.co.uk. The journey should take around 20 minutes.
If you have to cancel, we will refund your registration fee in full up to 1 June. After this date we will not be able to refund your registration fee.
