Launch of UK Home Office Cyber Crime Research Open Grant Competition

The UK Home Office is launching an open grant competition (up to £400,000) to fund social science or interdisciplinary academic research projects on Understanding, Preventing and Responding to Cyber Crime. Closing date: 26 Jan 2020.

YOTI: Invitation to 'Setting Up and Running an Ethics Board'

Setting up and running an Ethics Board: Experience Sharing from the Coal Face. Jan 27, 2020 at Yoti, 130 Fenchurch Street, 3-6pm in the Yoti indoor park, informal space.

Companies with an Ethics Board from a range of sectors and companies looking to set up an Ethics Board are invited.

Chair: Gavin Starks, co-chair Open Banking Standard, founding CEO of the Open Data Institute, Yoti Guardians Council.

Refreshments and networking will be woven into the session. We hope that this may lead to a community of practise of people willing to share their experience with other companies on their journey to setting up and developing their Ethics Board. Chatham House rules will apply.
