Call for participants in THRIDI design workshop - expression of interest

The workshop is especially suited to researchers in academia, industry, and public sector specialising in IoT, network security, privacy-enhancing technologies, user interface design, law, and policy.

The workshop requires you to brainstorm and apply design thinking to different scenarios with other researchers you may not know. The aim is to chart out some of the challenges in this space and come up with initial ideas of design solutions that may underpin future collaborative opportunities.

The workshop will start on 13 Sep 2021, 09:30-17:00 BST.


TANSEC multifactor authentication study

Participate in a small study, part of Horizon’s TANSEC project funded through PETRAS, which investigates whether fixtures and items in the home might be used to help authenticate users to perform privileged tasks on their devices and networks.


Privacy, ethics, and trust in intelligent transport systems event

In this session, professor Carsten Maple will focus on the challenges of privacy, ethics, and trust and will explore how new methods are emerging to address these challenges. Primarily focussing on the example of intelligent transport systems, this session will be useful for anyone interested in autonomous systems and cybersecurity.

Identifying expert narratives around Trustworthy Autonomous Systems

This workshop is for those with expertise in Trustworthy Autonomous Systems from across industry, academia and the third sector. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the state of the art for research into Trustworthy Autonomous Systems.

Enigma 2022 call for participation

Enigma centers on a single track of engaging talks covering a wide range of topics in security and privacy. All talks will be 20 minutes long, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A. The program committee will select presentations that highlight big ideas related to current and emerging topics in security and privacy.

Data Governance Survey

SPRITE+ Accountability and Ethics in a Digital Ecosystem Challenge Working Group invites you to participate in a survey aimed at exploring the drivers, practices, and anticipated outcomes of data governance. It is intended for Data/Information/Cyber Security Officers, Data Governance and Strategy Officers, and others who have a role in mitigating the risks arising from the capture, storage and use of an organisation's data assets.
