SPRITE+ to Launch Its ECR Programme! |
|
|
https://spritehub.org/portal/
We’re
excited to announce the launch of our early career researcher (ECR)
programme which focuses on developing the leaders of the future in
digital TIPS. Being a SPRITE+ Member brings ECRs a number of benefits,
such as access to (and exposure in) a growing network of people focused
on TIPS, attendance at our events, eligibility to apply to our funding
calls, and access to our resources.
In addition, ECRs can
benefit from a programme designed specifically for them! As part of this
programme, ECRs can take advantage of: • a bespoke set of
events and training materials delivered in person and online, which
extend beyond the ECR training offered by most academic institutions to
develop skills in areas such as building effective partnerships with
external agencies and commercialising research • a mentor matching programme that provides opportunities for ECRs to seek valuable guidance from SPRITE+ Project Partners • an internship programme that offers short-term stays with Project Partners • a dedicated ECR forum to socialise, seek advice, share ideas and develop collaborations
Our programme will evolve over the lifetime of SPRITE+ to meet emerging challenges facing ECRs in the space of digital TIPS.
In
the coming weeks we hope to share with you blog posts from ECRs
departing their experience and top tips. If you’d like to feature in one
of these blogs, let us know (admin@spritehub.org).
We look forward to working with you.
Stacey (ECR coordinator)
